For allergy and sinus sufferers who use it consistently, yes. The powered suction makes rinsing easier than a neti pot, and most users report reduced congestion within a week. The recurring cost of SaltPods (~$15–20/month for daily users) is the main trade-off to consider.
The Starter Bundle includes the device and 20 SaltPods (~$100). The Deluxe Bundle adds 30 extra SaltPods and typically a storage case (~$150–170). The Deluxe is better value if you plan to use Navage daily.
Most ENT doctors recommend once or twice daily during active allergy season or sinus congestion. For maintenance, 3–4 times per week is common. Each rinse uses one SaltPod.
Navage recommends only using SaltPods to maintain the device warranty. Some users mix their own isotonic saline, but this voids the warranty and the device may not function as intended.
